Fraud Complaints About Parsvnath Developers

As we know that Parsvnath is a big fish in the ocean called real estate. Sometimes the water is calm and sometimes one may feel wrecking storms. This is one such time which the company is facing. A court case filed by 70 investors have stormed the company due to the delayed possession of the company part. The case is one thing but the other thing endangering the company’s reputation is the Parsvnath fraud complaints mounting over the internet.

People are directing misleading claims about the preexisting flats and projects that are all functional and have been working well for last 5 or 6 years. The case of possession is regarding the Parsvnath Exotica housing project, which is a recent venture and the genuine complaints files were that of those 70 customers. The rest popping on the internet is just to exhaust the company’s image built by its employee’s hard work.

The case is on verge of closure as the court has ordered the company to refund the money received by those 70 buyers. The company’s advocates have strongly revisited this decision and have asked for a year’s time to deliver as promised. But the court’s decision is unbiased and intact.

The case is not in the highlights now, but these falsehood complaints just keep on messing with the company’s actual working and is acting as a roadblock for its future endeavors. The company is trying to encourage their genuine customers to give their positive reviews as a countermeasure.

The company is trying everything in its power to stop the comments. Some people have a speculation that it is the working of the competitors to destroy Parsvnath’s market and make the public lose confidence in them. This is for sure a bad time for the company as it faces a financial obligation of 400 crores, which makes it a perfect time to target to the company. The existing clients have been aiding in the cause and made every effort possible to highlight the positive factors of the other past and future projects. The company’s long-lost reputation is not being restored gradually.
